1. Introduction

This license does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.
If you submit proprietary, confidential, or third-party materials, you must ensure you have all necessary rights to do so, and Tenbyte will handle such materials under applicable confidentiality obligations if agreed in writing.

9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tenbyte, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or unauthorized use of the Site.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Tenbyte expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Tenbyte does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Site, nor that Content will be free from defects, viruses, or vulnerabilities.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenbyte and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
In no event shall Tenbyte’s total aggregate liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), or the amount you have paid to Tenbyte in the preceding twelve (12) months, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities or warranties; in such cases, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Suspension and Termination
Tenbyte may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account if necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons, or in the event of a violation of these Terms.
Except in urgent circumstances, Tenbyte will provide reasonable notice or explanation before such suspension or termination.
You may discontinue your use of the Site at any time by deactivating your account or ceasing access.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in accordance with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements regarding its subject matter.
